Unreleased shell

The Android client is an offline fail-closed shell. It cannot be distributed while the legacy stack and its credential-retirement migration remain in the package.

Wear OS

Planned

Wear OS follows the frozen Android companion contract. No watch application or device evidence exists in this release candidate yet.
